Customer Account
To create a customer account, click on “My Account” at the top right (pictogram in the shape of a character), then on “No account? Create one here.” Select "Particular Account" or "Professional Account".
Then all you have to do is fill out the form.
To connect to your customer account, nothing could be simpler: click on “My Account” at the top right (pictogram in the shape of a character) and enter the email address and password that you chose during your registration.
Then, click on “Sign in”.
If you have lost your password, click “Forgot your password?” on the login page. You will then need to enter your email address.
You will then receive an email from us to reset your password. Click on the link in the email and enter your new login password.
If you do not receive this email, remember to check your spam/junk mail.
Are you unable to log in to your customer account? First, check that the connection email address you entered is the one you chose when registering.
If you cannot log in, we advise you to reset your password.
And if, despite this, you still cannot access your customer account, contact us using the contact form on our website or call us on +335 54 54 66 21 (Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.).
You can modify your personal information (contact details, password, addresses) by logging into your customer account and clicking on the sections you wish to correct.
Just call us on +335 54 54 66 21 or use the contact form. We will confirm the deletion of your account.
