Returns and Exchanges
If you wish to make an exchange, we invite you to make a return request via our withdrawal form. We will refund you after receiving your package and you will need to place a new order.
You didn't order the right product, your order doesn't suit you or you simply changed your mind? Here is the procedure to follow to make your return:
1 - Complete the "withdrawal form"
2 - After acceptance from us, you will receive a return label (mainland France). Otherwise the return costs are your responsibility.
3 - Return your order to us within 14 days.
After verification of the products, we will provide a total or partial refund (depending on your return) of your order to the payment method used when ordering.
All our products are carefully inspected and defects are very rare. If a defect has slipped through the cracks, we invite you to send us a photo and a description of the defect using the contact form.
If it turns out that the problem is not due to faulty use or maintenance, we will cover the replacement of the defective product.
We refund orders within a few days of receipt of the package. For information, Colissimo processes returns as “Non-priority”. For this reason, the delay can sometimes be extended.
