The rose quartz roller offers a smooth and refreshing massage, perfect for stimulating microcirculation and relaxing facial tension. The larger side is ideal for wider areas, while the smaller side is perfect for delicate areas: it glides effortlessly over the skin. 1. Open the lymphatic points

Before using, open thelymphatic pointsin order to prepare the skin for drainage and to optimize the effectiveness of the massage.

• Clavicles: Place your fingers in the hollows above your collarbones and apply gentle downward pressure for 5 to 10 seconds.
• Under the chin: Apply gentle pressure to the hollow under the chin.
• Sides of the nose: Gently press the points located on each side of the wings of the nose.
• In front of and behind the ears: Perform light pumping motions in front of and then behind each ear.
• Neck : Perform three slow slides from top to bottom.

These actions activate the natural lymphatic pathways and prepare the face for harmonious drainage.

2. Using Gua Sha

Gua sha offers a sculpting and deep massage.

• Hold the stone slightly inclined.
• Always work from center of face outwards.
• Pass the gua sha along the jawline, cheeks, around the eyes and forehead.
• Gently slide down the neck to assist drainage.

3. Using the Roller

The roller provides a gentler and more enveloping massage.

• Use the large side for the cheeks, forehead and neck.
• The little side is suitable for the eye contour and delicate areas.
• Roll from the inside to the outside of the face, in slow and steady movements.
