Your orders are prepared and shipped within 24 working hours. The delivery time then depends on the carrier:

France: within 2 to 3 working days

Rest of the world: within 4 to 6 working days.

All packages are handled by the Post Office and delivered to you via Colissimo.

You can choose delivery to your home or to a collection point.

We deliver to Europe and the French Overseas Territories.

Delivery costs vary depending on the country. Here are our prices:

Metropolitan France, Belgium, Luxembourg and Monaco

Delivery is free from 100€.

Colissimo at relay point or post office: €3.90

Colissimo at home: €4.90

Colissimo at home with signature: €5.90

Europe

Delivery is free from 200€.

Colissimo at relay point or post office: €8.90

Colissimo at home: €9.90

Overseas

Colissimo at home: €19.90

The tax refund is automatically applied and a customs declaration is made.

You can have it delivered to your vacation spot, work location or anywhere else. To do this, simply change your delivery address when confirming your order.

Click on “+ add new address” and enter the desired address.

If you have not received your order, remember to check the following points:

• parcels are not shipped on weekends and public holidays which may extend delivery times
• when your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to you. Remember to consult it to find out where your package is
