Delivery

Deliveries are free for orders above €100 and you have 30 days to return your order, without shipping costs!

Orders are shipped within 24h (work days). As soon as your parcel is prepared, you’ll receive a tracking link. Please note, during discount periods, delivery times may extend.

If you are absent during a delivery, you will have to collect your parcel at your Post Office. If you prefer, you can ask us to postpone your shipping.

Mainland France, Belgium, Luxembourg and Monaco

Colissimo Pick-up points or Post Office: €3.90

Colissimo at home: €4.90

Colissimo at home with signature: 5.90€

You will receive your parcel within 2 to 3 working days.

Europe

Free delivery from €200.

Colissimo Pick-up points or Post Office: €8.90

Colissimo at home: €9.90

You will receive your parcel within 4 to 6 working days.

French overseas

Colissimo at home: €19.90

You will receive your delivery within 4 to 6 work days.

VAT will be automatically excluded from all prices indicated on the website and a custom form is filled out.

Returns

You have 30 days from the receipt of your order to fill in a return form.

Exchanges

If you wish to make an exchange, you will get your refund after we receive your return and you will have to place a new order.

Return request

1 - Fill in the "withdrawal form"

2- After we have accepted your return, you will receive a return label (Mainland France). If not, you will have to pay for your return shipping cost.

3 - Send us back your order within the next 14 days.

Once we have checked the products, we will issue a refund on the method of payment you had used for your order.
